IR-POS is owned and operated by IRFSDPK (SMC-Private) Limited, a private limited software company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The company builds and runs business software for shops, traders and institutions in Pakistan.

We sell one thing through this website: subscriptions to IR-POS, a cloud-based point-of-sale, inventory and accounting application. It is Software as a Service (SaaS): the customer uses it online, in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

This is how a new customer finds IR-POS, chooses a plan, pays for it and receives the service:
The customer reads about the software on the Features page and compares the plans and their prices, in PKR, on the Pricing page.
They create an account with their business name, their own name, mobile number and email. No card is needed. The 14-day trial starts at once, with every feature unlocked.
Before or after the trial ends, the customer picks Basic or Pro, either from the Pricing page of this website or from Subscription/Billing inside the app.
The checkout page shows the order: the plan, the billing period, the price and the total in PKR. The customer confirms their details and accepts the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
On pressing “Proceed to secure payment”, the customer is taken to Rapid Gateway's secure payment page, where they pay by debit or credit card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Card and wallet details are entered on the gateway's page only; they never pass through, and are never stored on, our servers.
When the gateway confirms the payment, the plan is switched on for the paid month, the customer sees a confirmation on screen, and a receipt is sent by email or WhatsApp. They carry on using the software straight away; the plan and the date it is paid up to can be checked at any time under Subscription/Billing inside the app.
We will use Rapid Gateway for one purpose only: to collect IR-POS subscription fees from our business customers in Pakistan.
