By using IR-POS (pos.irfsdpk.com and app.pos.irfsdpk.com), you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
IR-POS is an online (SaaS) point-of-sale and accounting software provided by IRFSDPK (SMC-Private) Limited. The service is entirely digital and delivered via a web browser.
You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for your account password and all activity under your account.
New users get a 14-day free trial, no card required. To continue after the trial, a monthly subscription plan must be selected. Each payment covers one month in advance and is processed via Rapid Gateway. There are no automatic deductions: to continue, you pay for the next month yourself, and to stop, you simply do not renew. There are no contracts or penalties.
You will use the service only for lawful business purposes. Attempting to hack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service is prohibited.
The IR-POS software, its design, and brand are the property of IRFSDPK (SMC-Private) Limited. Ownership of your business data (parties, products, bills, etc.) remains entirely with you.
IR-POS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from unexpected service interruptions or data loss, though we make every effort to ensure data safety and backups.
We may suspend an account in case of a violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
