At sign-up: business name, owner name, email, phone number. During use: your business data that you enter yourself (parties, products, bills, accounting records). At payment: billing-related information, full card or account details are never stored on our servers; they go directly to our payment partner, Rapid Gateway. Automatically: device type, browser, IP address, usage statistics.
To provide and operate the service, to manage your account and subscription, to provide support, to improve the service, and to send important updates and billing-related messages. We never sell your data.
All your data is stored on encrypted cloud servers, accessible only via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Every business's data is kept completely separate and secure (multi-tenant isolation), no other user can see your data.
We share your information with: Rapid Gateway for payment processing, and our infrastructure partners for cloud hosting and database services. Our website also uses Google Analytics to measure how visitors use it, and where an AI assistant is offered on the website, the questions typed into it are sent to our AI service provider to produce a reply. These partners only receive the information necessary to provide their specific service, and they are themselves bound by strict confidentiality standards.
Our website and app use local storage and cookies for essential functionality (such as remembering your login session and language preference). Our website also uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and understand which pages are used.
You may download (back up) your data at any time, edit your information, or request deletion of your account and all associated data.
